oh dang

so yesterday was my birthday right?
well my brother asked me what cds i liked and stuff so i told him thinking i was going to get a cd. NO. he walked into my room at about 10 last night and said "want your present?" so i followed him into his room and he sits down with his guitar and plays me the sweetest most beautiful song ever! when it was over i was completely speechless. all i could say was thank you thank you thank you i love you so much!! just thinking about it makes me tear up again.
before he started playing he said "i didnt have any money so i wrote you this." and to be quite honest, that was soooo much better than anything he could ever buy for me. he could get my favorite singer to come and play a flawless performance for me and it would never compare to his song.
he said that he messed up a lot but i didnt even notice. i was just so in awe and amazed at how wonderful of a writer and singer he is.

his song touched me in ways that i'm pretty sure he'll never understand. it was... perfect.
