This morning Bridge 9 sent another Copyright infringement Notice to the offices of Purevolume ordering them to remove the parodied Have Heart Track The Gaychinist and its accompanied artwork from Youth of Togays Purevolume page.

The track and artwork has been removed pending and investigation by Purevolume.

We are confident that Pure Volume will rule in our favor. Bridge 9 has repeatedly tried, in vain, to keep this track from being heard, by sending fraudulent claims of Copyright Infringment to now two of our on-line providers. Rest assured that YOTG will continue to fight for our rights as humorists and artists. These tracks will be released and Bridge 9 has no legal claim of Copyright Infringment, as we are protected by The Fair Use Act as are artists like Wierd Al Yankovic, South Park, Saturday Night Live and others. This law protects artists, cartoonists and musicians. High profile artists like Mad Magazine, Weird Al Yankovic and Bansky survive and are protected in their artistic en devours by this law, as is YOTG.
