YR began their journey in early 2003. These individuals come from different cities in between Los Angeles and San Diego, California. They have written and released 3 cds (2 EPs, 1 LP) and all of which were released on Fearless Records. Currently, they are writing a new full length album (2009)

YR offers a wide variety of songs that cover both light and dark aspects of life itself. They'll take you to a truthful place where not all is right, with a dark landscape and moody atmosphere. This work is infected with hidden optimism that you will crave when life hits you square in the face.

You can count on these individuals to make a strong comeback, as they are currently writing some of their best material yet. Keep an eye out.
