This band started out in early 2005 and it just went from there. 6 dudes from nowhere making music for somebody to hear and scream.

Yesterdays Memories started out as 5 guys wanting to make something out of their lives expressing themselves through music. Theyre Luis (vocals), Wilgrid (bass guitar), Carlos (vocals and guitar), Edmar (guitar) and Eliud (drummer). Theyre from Cidra, Puerto Rico. They started playing on a few shows around the island and as time passed the shows began to be more frequently. Along their journey, their decided theyll sound even better if another guitar player came along, thats when Joey became a part of them.

Although theyre in this band and have the goal of making something more of this they all have theyre individual goals also. Luis and Eliud are both studying Computer Engineering. Edmar is studying Physics. Carlos already finished his degree in Advertising. Wilgrid is studying Graphic Arts. And Joey is studying Education in Sciences and has been a guitar player for 8 years.

They have only one self-produced demo with 8 songs. Right now theyre working on their, self-produced also, Full Length Cd.

When they were starting off as a band they were influenced by bands like Underoath, Comeback Kid, The Used, etc. But with time they managed to create a unique sound that makes them who they are today.
