Xcessive is A Modern-Pop-Rock act that brings together a vast blend of influences and youthful talents to create a unique sound.
Xcessive formed in 2003 when Guitarist Jim Galbierz and Drummer Tim Erhardt, Who had been performing and recording together since 1995, finally found their niche.
Frontman Scott Nicklay was found on accident while he was working as a DJ at a radio station. The bands manager had called to get them an interview to promote an upcoming show and album release. They found out he could sing and once the band got to see Scotty perform he was the third piece. From there the Band went through a lot of ups and downs, going through a number of bass players trying to get the act right and tight.
Then In 2004 Bassist Guy Browning GuyCo heard about Xcessive through the grapevine. He got together with Jimmy. They started jamming and Xcessive was complete.
Xcessive now continues their non-stop touring supporting their new self titled release, playing from Festivals to Arenas to Night clubs, and have received rave reviews from a number of nationally touring acts.
