Section 8, Peabody's and the Boba! OH MY!

Posted May 1, 2006

Since our last blog post we have played some interesting shows We played one at Section 8 on Good Friday which went VERY WELL. And then our drummer (Eric) left us for 10 days and when he came back we had to go all the way up to Cleveland to play in the Battle of The Bands. It was a fun experience, but we played like shit because of the shitty sound guy and our lack of practice. It's all good though, we played amazing at the Boba for a HUGE crowed, and that was really fun. So thanks goes out to the Boba and Ryland for arranging that.

Demos sales have been going extremely well. If i had to estimate the amount sold/pirated (bastards) I would say that the count is up to over 100 demos out there. Which is awesome, we at Worth Remembering really appreciate the support.

Very good news; we are trying to set up a date at Section 8 before it closes so that we can play for all of our friends again. Sadly we did not get into the fairwelll show, I guess someone forgot to message us.... oh well. One more thing and then I am done rambling, we brought our demo out to the Cellar in Struthers and we are currently negotiating a show with them. For those of you that do not know about the cellar, let me tell you it is a killer place. It has a great sound system and many big bands have played there. Hopefully we can get everyone to go to our final section 8 show and the show at the Cellar. Dates for both of these will be available soon. Thanks, we love you all.
