Happy summer everyone! We just wanted to let you in on some new developments with the creation of our new CD. We need to thank Ben Potrykus from the band Christians and Lions. He is going to be helping us out with the distribution of our new disc. If you dont know Ben or Christians and Lions then maybe youll know one of his previous bands: The Lido Venice, Sharp Teeth, Get Loose, Dien Cai Dau, The Receiving End of Sirens, The Drive or Fake I.D.
Anyways, Ben has recently set up The Invisible Theatre Society Records and Distribution. Our fist CD The Flood and our upcoming disc Treading on the Tigers Tail will both be for sale through ITS distribution. There will be a fully operational site for ITS with band bios, song samples, etc. Once Ben gets back from tour he is going to get in touch with all the different artists that will be involved with ITS. But for now you can go to www.invisibletheatersociety.org to find out any upcoming news. At that site you can also pick up The Lido Venice or Sharp Teeth Discs if youd like.
We will keep you posted as ITS gets further set up. Also once we get some mixes back hopefully well get a couple new tunes up on MySpace. Keep in touch and if you have any questions feel free to ask.

So hows everybody doin? We have a bunch of new songs that we are
super excited about. We are going to be performing most of them at
our show coming up on feb 22nd at Bridgewater State College. You can
get most of the info for that show on our PureVolume and MySpace
pages.

Also we are going to start recording our follow up CD to "The Flood"
beggining in March. Our good friend Sam Haddix is going to be doing
the recording for us and we should hopefully have around 5 to 8
songs on the album.

The Callita Syndrome (Tenative title)
The Science of Starting Over
The End of August ( A reworked oldie)
Here are some possible tracks for the disc:
Eleven (A real oldie)
Sweet Love Remembered (acoustic)
(plus maybe one more acoustic)
All of this is subject to change but I wanted to give you guys an
idea on what we are planning on haveing. Like I said before we are
gonna start the beggining of March and pick away at it untill we
have our finished album. We have no defined due date.
There is also a tenative title to this album but I'm not sure if im
at liberty to disclose that yet.

We just posted the lyrics to our newest song "The Ascent" on our website @ www.whistler-music.com
There are also pictures from our past three shows. They are the first ones up with our new drummer Brian.
Hopefully we'll have some shows posted soon. We are just so busy with school & work that its hard to put as much time into the band as we'd like to.
