Hello. We are Weezy's Hitlist. We formed in late 2004, around christmas time. At the time we were called Crossout Tomorrow (xot). We wrote songs and fucked shit up and had a good run. Our singer of XOT decided to call it quits in the summer of '05, after our 3rd show. We were pretty bummed but we decided to keep trying and keep making music. For a while it was just a 3 peice consisting of bj, jer, and chris. But in the late summer we found a new singer, nate. We wrote songs and played our first show as WHL in September. We played more shows and recorded a demo in October entitled Portable Propaganda. In November we recruited Brian Dowd to play 2nd guitar. Ever sence then we have been writing songs and performing all the time. We recorded our single "A Kick to the Face" in January. We hope to record a 6-8 song EP in the summer of '06 entitled "Tearing Down the Salad Bar". Our music differs everytime we pick up our Instruments. Songs such as "It's Not Our War" and "A Kick to the Face" show our hate for the way our country is going and they are anthems to change and reform. Songs such as "Our Struggle" and "Officer 619" show our views on social aspects and the people in this country. We are not all serious however. Some songs like "Psuedo Scenster" show our hate for trends and scenes. Basically we write about what ever is on our minds and we hope to get our messages across and have fun doing so. Our genre switches from punk, to old school hardcore, to pop punk. We love playing shows and we love meeting new people and hearing others opinions of our music. We would love to here from you so comment us and check out our songs and keep posted for more news on the EP. If you would like to buy our old demo its 3 dollars and has 4 songs on it. Thanks for listening and keep in touch.
