Straight out of the Lone Star state, this young, Austin-based band holds more than its fair share of veteran talent. As a ferocious drummer, founding member Kemble Walters (The Impossibles, The Rise) toured the United States numerous times over as well as Europe and appeared on high-profile compilations such as the MTV Road Rules CD. Lacking the pretensions of a “been there, done that” attitude, Walters decided to challenge himself to pick up his guitar and front a rock band of his own. Supporting and expanding upon Walters’ vision is drummer Jimmy Anderson (America is Waiting-frequent tour buddies of …And You Will Know Us By the Trail of Dead), bass player Greg Tiffin (Balsa Phono) and guitarist Carlos Cardona (Pretty the Quick Black Eyes, Pan-American Standard).
Vise Versa’s sound has been influenced by every artist that they listen to, ranging from Pantera to Huey Lewis, as well as Motley Crue to Daft Punk. They are certain that their blend of high energy rock n’ roll and energetic live performances will have the world singing along to their beat in no time.
