Vae Victis is the original electronic band created by Francisco Arriagada. It tries to improve with synthesizers, psychodelic and ambiental sounds. It has also been influenced by many academic contemporary composers like Iannis Xenakis and Karlheinz Stockhausen and it is always trying to improve on new rythms like bossanova, jazz, blues and - of course - academic serialism.
Vae Victis' first album is called "From Earth to Space", which tells us about a fantastic space voyage that some men do. They start their adventure in the earth and they discover a lot of amazing stuff in the everlasting space. These men see Neptune with their own eyes, so as they see the comet Halley and strange things like worm holes and UFOs.
Now, Vae Victis is working in the next musical project which is not going to be as ambiental as the first one. In fact, there will be more rythms and more impressive feelings in the next traveling. See you next time!.
