Though Provo, UT is not exactly the first place you would think to look when in search of a heavy hitting rock band... It is clearly evident that Provo-spawned Victim Effect has found an ever growing niche inside as well as outside of the Utah music scene. Sold out shows have been a recent and welcome blessing for the budding 6-piece, assisting the band in keeping themselves adequately fed and where they love to be: On the road.

For as much as Victim Effect seems to love their home in Provo, one would never know it by looking at their rigorous tour schedule, often toting back-to-back dates for months across various cities in The United States. These sprawling tours in support of their self-titled, full length record (Released in November 2006) have kept Victim Effect busy throughout their first year as a band.

Victim Effect recently had the honor of playing events such as The Van's Warped Tour as well as The Taste Of Chaos Tour.

In recent months, Victim Effect has shared the stage with bands such as: The Used, Jimmy Eat World, 30 Seconds To Mars, Saosin, Chiodos, Senses Fail,Scary Kids Scaring Kids, SUM 41, and many others.
