After two years of rave reviews, sold out concerts and reaching the summit of the Danish music charts, VETO has just released their sophomore album Crushing Digits in Denmark. Sony Bmg will release the album in September 2008 through out Europe.

A shared distaste for stereotypical hit recipes and unpredictable retro-waves originally brought VETO together. They decided to ignore good advice from the established self-pronounced tastemakers and instead play what they felt like playing.

With a mix of progressive rock and modern electronic elements, the band has created a clearly defined soundscape alluding to such contrasting bands as THE CURE, M83 and NINE INCH NAILS.

Both the voice of Troels Abrahamsen, and VETOs sharp and intelligent lyrical universe, creates an altogether incisive and relevant expression.
