This is Van Atta High...
Van Atta High is a band who's roots can be traced back to June 2006, when founding member Steve Kellner formed the band with a few friends. Although members have changed since then, the band's creed has remained consistent: To play music they love, for people who love it....the more who love it, the better!
After establishing a core fan-base in North Jersey, Van Atta High set out to create a larger buzz for themselves and win over a larger audience. In an effort to do so, the band landed spots on Taste Of Chaos 2007, Warped Tour 2007/2008 and Bamboozle 2008. These large festivals partnered with shows in other regions and an intense internet presence have done wonders for the bands popularity, as well as local and national press coverage (including being named Alternative Press Magazine's "Unsigned Band of the Month" in August 2008).
Despite an impressive track record, this ambitious group is far from satisfied and is hungrier than ever! If you're not careful, you too may be consumed by the Van Atta High wave, if you haven't been already.

Hey guys!
Just wanted to let all you purevolumers know that we are playing the Warped Tour date closest to our hometown, Englishtown's RACEWAY PARK in NJ! The show is on MONDAY, JULY 28!
We are playing on the ERNIE BALL STAGE , but unfortunately will be playing VERY EARLY some time between 11am and 2pm. Exact set times are announced the day of the show!

We're extremely happy to tell everyone that we will be playing this year's BAMBOOZLE FESTIVAL in the parking lot of GIANT STADIUM!
