==History==

===Early Years===

Vagrant Downfall, or Vagrant D, has been together for well over 2 to 3 years, but didn't really get off to a good start. In the summer of 2003, lead guitarist, Zach Oliver, and Anthony Nisbet, who at one time played bass for Vagrant D, came together to form a new band after coming out of "The Night Shift." "The Night Shift" was a side project started by Anthony Nisbet, Mark Lammerding (now the lead guitarist for The Armistice), and Zane Mullin. A few months passed and "The Night Shift" decided that they needed another guitarist to create a greater sound. However, "The Night Shift" broke up and ended in an abyss of pain and misery.

For a few months it was just Zach Oliver and Anthony Nisbet, just recording the most random stuff you will ever hear in your life, but eventually helped them later on in making better songs. They were looking for a drummer, so they called up Andy Kallick, a resident of Danville, to play percussions. It went well and Vagrant D created over 8 songs within two months and had played one show in September that year. Everything went well, but that year, Mitch Lusignan and Anthony Nisbet started to experiment with music from Vagrant Downfall, and he just had to be the one to play percussions for Vagrant D. The band began to shift gears on music, making it more complex and interesting.

Creating songs for Vagrant Downfall took two guitars because of harmonization and for experimentation. Anthony Nisbet no longer had the interest in playing the bass guitar for Vagrant D, and quickly switched over to guitar. This made everything easier, but Vagrant Downfall still needed a bassist. In September of 2005, Anthony Nisbet moved to Plumas Lake in California for around 9 months and Vagrant Downfall went off track, but still stayed together. Now, after 9 months, Vagrant D is back.

Almost immediately after Anthony Nisbet moved from Plumas Lake to Dublin, CA, Vagrant Downfall found itself with a new, fast learning, sexy bassist named Will Perschau. He became the missing (but found) link of Vagrant Downfall as well as crazy new keyboardist, David Beeler. Vagrant Downfall kicked off the summer by playing 4 songs at a local school MPR on June 16th which started the band in a positive direction.

===''(Saints And Sinners EP)''===

After winning the first Golden Skate Battle of the Bands, Vagrant D hit the studio to record their first EP with Colorblind Recording Studio. Although the studio quality and reliability was questionable (the studio's computer crashed on the first visit, however Vagrant D is still planning on recording there this February. At the moment Vagrant Downfall is creating their first actual demo with the lead singer and bassist of the band KID INNOCENCE, ROB MARSHALL (we love you), VD's style is improving greatly, and will soon have a full album.
