The Upstarts are a 4 piece DIY ska punk band from Aberdeen. They sing about the issues that matter to them and are about making things happen; after producing their latest cd "Scan This" and doing a split 7" with Eastfield on GFN? Records they hit the road for a full UK tour over summer. They have shared the stage with the likes of Voodoo Glow Skulls, the Beat, Capdown, Adequate 7, RX Bandits, Mike Park, King Blues, amongst others and came 2nd in a national punk battle of the bands to open the 2006 Wasted Festival.
