On March 28th 2007, Unburied parted ways with vocalist Justin Tombed. There are no hard feelings or bad blood, we will remain brothers beyond the grave. Instead of finding a new front man we have taken the initiative to move on as a trio, we work more efficiently and productively like this because it has always been the 3 of us writing, jamming, recording, and practicing.
I (Dreathus) will be doing vocals, along with guitar, my influences include Erik Rutan, Peter Tagtgren, Max Cavalera (Sepultura til about '94), and Isahn. This has already proved to be one of the heaviest challenges i've faced as a musician, but it's coming together, sounding great, and i never realized how fun it is to fuckin scream!
Speaking of heavy...We have about three or four new songs that we're working on that are the fastest most technical songs we've ever done. We're going into a technical death metal direction a la' Necrophagist, Visceral Bleeding, Decapitated, Odious Mortem. As soon as we get some shit recorded we'll post the fuck out of it. We'll start recording our next release at Jupiter Studios on May 5th

Joe Moiser is officially Unburied new bass player you fucks! He played with us once in April in Farmington Missouri and played with us again at thursday's show in Troy and we all decided that Joe is the guy and he wants to play with us permanently. Expect to see him with us onstage from now as well as on the new songs we are recording for the "PURE FUCKING BRUTALITY" Re-issue due in October

We have several shows coming up, most notably we are opening for Origin, Deeds Of Flesh, Vile, Decrepit Brith.
We have new T-shirts and patches in stock, just check out the MERCH page at www.unburied.r8.org.
And we are still looking for a few more Street Team Members, if you're interested in details for that send us a message.
