twenty4seven was originally a young girl with a passion for singing and songwriting. Lelia has been writing music and singing her soul out to people since she was 10. Now, years later, twenty4seven has transformed into a full band that consists of Lelia on vocals and keyboards, Will on guitar and vocals, Pierce on bass, and Eric on drums and keyboards.

The name twenty4seven comes from our belief that God’s presence is with us all day everyday, and his love for us is immeasurable. We believe it is our goal to give thanks to God for the talents we have. It is our hope that we will reach out to others through our music and bring people into relationship with God and each other. We hope that our music will help shape, mold, and influence the way our generation sees themselves. We are a small band with a heart that is full, and we hope that through our music people will realize that everyone can build up the kingdom of God, no matter how big or small their voice is.

Lelia and Eric have been playing together since the beginning of the band. Eric is a senior in high school and is a piano and drums teacher. Will is a senior in high school and is busy with work in the International Baccalaureate program and playing guitar all day long. Will and Lelia blend together the right amount of vocals, harmony and melody to create a sound that is authentically extraordinary. Pierce, a senior in high school as well, has recently joined the band with the addition of bass guitar. He is dedicated and passionate. His talents even reach into the theater world through his involvement with Christian Youth Theatre.

twenty4seven has played tons of shows, youth group events, coffeehouses, and band competitions in Richmond as well as all over Virginia. The shows have a relational quality that invites audience engagement. Our discography includes a professionally produced demo in 2004, and a soon to be released full-length album featuring 11 songs: 10 originals and one cover. All in all, twenty4seven comes together to create a unique sound that has an edgy blend of pop and rock n’ roll, and a sound that is unforgettable.
