My band, The Crayola Mishap, has just recently added another member. Lead vocalist Shannon Dicks is the band's 4th member. You can check out their Purevolume profile here. Also, the band will be performing on stage Dec. 23 at CVDCS's Annual Christmas Assembly, held by the Student Council. They will most likely be debuting the song "In Loving Memory Of...", written by keyboardist Ray Lavoie and myself. Also, congrats to Shane Bazinet for getting his article printed in the Sudbury Star. Sorry I'm late with that :p

Update: Dec. 7, 2005

Song "Beyond Infinity" added to playlist :)

ZOMG UPDATE

Sept. 26, 2005

So, I have Fruity Loops on my PC again. Hey guys, I took this huge break from recording for the summer, and now I'm ready to hit the studio (read: My bedroom PC) again and work on my CD. Again, I have decided that the entire CD will be instrumental, and there are a few new songs written. Upon recording them, I shall upload them here one by one >=D.

Also, there is a distinct possibilty that the Shane Bazinet band is doomed to limbo due to Shane's tenure in college, beginning next year. Best of luck to him =D.

About the songs:

Coming Soon - From my CD "New Millennium Technicolor". The feel-good summery song on the CD.

"Pigtail and Floating Dust" - The title was inspired by Ayumu Kasuga's (a.k.a. Osaka) New Year's dream in an episode of Azumanga Daioh, a popular Japanese cartoon not unlike "The Simpsons" or "Seinfeld". I am obsessed with that character, so I wrote a song for her :p. I am particularly proud of the guitar leads in this song. another track made with Fruity Loops.

"Jesper" - The leads in this song show that I'm a big fan of my Dunlop Crybaby wah pedal :p.This is the first song I've recorded with drum tracks provided by Fruity Loops.
