Trafalgar, pronounced tr&-'fal-g&r.
Trafalgar was formed towards the end of the summer of 2005. David Evans, Stephen Wesner, and Matt Cain practiced for about an hour the day before a friend of the groups birthday, and proceeded to suck as they attempted to play in unison and in key. They thought it was fun to try and make music, so Stephen, David, and Matt played together some more and made a few songs, one of which being All Things Must Pass. Soon enough, Matt left the band for a separate group that actually played well, F.O.G. Needless to say, Trafalgar was a twosome for a while, until Stephens lifelong friend from Florida moved to North Carolina, and with his guitar-playing ability, Trafalgar was reborn. It took a while for them to get the steam rolling and they produced hits such as Darkness, One More Day, and Hurt. Then, with the addition of excellent pianist, Gabe Reynolds, the band took off. Trafalgar continued writing songs, one of the first of which being A Night in February. Trafalgar continues to play the Triangle area with a new arsenal of songs and the energy to play great shows.

Trafalgar, the name, has many definitions.
1. A naval battle in 1805 off the southwest coast of Spain; the French and Spanish fleets were defeated by the English.
2. A square in London, England.
3. A small town in Victoria, Australia.
4. A cape in Spain on the Gibraltar Strait, named for the naval battle.
5. An album released by the Bee Gees in September 1971.
6. A celebrated holiday celebrated by the English in the 19th and 20th centuries on October 21st, (Trafalgar Day).
7. A street in the Bond Park Subdivision in Cary, NC.
