Tough Call is a Punk Rock/Emo-influenced band formed in early December 2002. The band combines melodic vocals with aggressive guitars to form an original twist on the music they draw from. Inspirations include bands such as No Use for a Name, Strung Out, Nofx, Midtown, Saves the Day, Finch, Weezer, Pennywise and countless others.
So as some of you may have heard Justin has joined The Fully Down. This created a minor problem for Tough Call leaving us without one hell of a singer. Unfortunately the remaining members of the band have decided to call it quits. We would like to thank you all for your support and wish Justin and the fully down the best of luck. We will keep you in the loop via Tough Call's myspace page about any new projects or other news we feel compelled to tell you.

October is definitely a good month, for many reasons... of course there's Joe's 21st birthday! then there's halloween, and leaves start to change color and fall. anyone who mowes their lawn, this is the last month you have to worry about that. but this october is extra special! cause we've got big plans, and we're ready to let you in on them!
You all probably know we've been working hard on some new songs! well after a long year of writing and preparing, we're getting ready to head back into the studio! We've also managed to snag ourselves a great producer! His name is Steve Soboslai. You might know him as the singer of Punchline. He's been a good friend to the band, and on october 22nd, we will be travelling into Pennsylvania, and gettin started on everything!
You all better be as excited as we are!
Steve himself is also looking for more bands to work with when he's not touring! If you're in a band and interested to get a hold of him, he comes highly recommended by Tough Call! This is where you go to message him:

Hey gang,
We are just posting our yearly update to let you know how the rock is won. We are currently consumed writing some tasty tracks for you and your mother, pretty soon we are gonna shoot out to Pittsburg to work on our 2007 release with Steve from Punchline. By the way, the upcoming Split ep w/ Daniel will be out by fall.

Hey everybody! Some of you may have heard already but our guitarist John has decided to leave the band. There are no hard feelings or anything like that so don't worry. He just feels that he wants to head in a different direction musically and we are all cool with that. He is a great guitar player and we wish him the best of luck with whatever he chooses to pursue musically. Its been great playing with him and we'll never forget all the good memories.
Now on to the good news. Nick is back! Our old guitarist Nick has decided to take over John's duties. When he heard that John was leaving he told all of us about how much he missed being in the band and we're all glad to have him back. Nick is a great songwriter, so everyone can look forward to hearing tons of new music from Tough Call!!!!!!! That's alll for now but all of you can let Nick know how glad you are to see him back. Take it easy kids.
