Formed out of the ashes of past groups, this five-piece band came together with a common passion for creating music in July 2004. Brandon (vocals), Colin (guitar), Daniel (guitar), and Jeff (drums) were joined by Santana (bass), solidifying the line-up that has impacted their local scene. Notorious for their high-energy stage presence, that can be close to lets just say ....Underoath and Norma Jean together . To Something Beautiful (TSB) puts on an intensifying show. While performing their powerful death-metal influenced hardcore comparable to As I Lay Dying, Sinai Beach, and Black Dahlia Murder, TSB engages their audience with erratic movement and crowd involvement. TSB promotes peace and unity with their politically driven lyrics. Beyond expressing opinions about the greater world around them, TSBs social commentary also reflects on the separation occurring within the music scene. They are creating a name for themselves, having played with bands such as Across Five Aprils, Calico System, and The Burning Season. TSB is currently sponsored by Nefarious Clothing alongside Sinai Beach, Odd Project, Eighteen Visions, and Bleed The Dream. They released their self-produced EP entitled Revenge for Thousands in April 2005.
