Alright everyone, let's just put things straight: TODAY FOREVER is NOT a Christian band. Got it? Good!
So let's finally end all rumors and focus on what's really important: The impressive achievements of a band that was never spoiled by the scene nor has never taken any of their success for granted.

TODAY FOREVER played more than 250 shows, toured the USA for five weeks, released their debut album "The New Pathetic" on Strike First Records (a division of Facedown Records, USA) and supported top acts like SILVERSTEIN on several European Tours. All in all quite a good interim result for a European Band, isn't it?

But that's not where TODAY FOREVER would stop. Their latest album "PROFOUND MEASURES" (Bastardized Recordings, April 2009) is the band's grounding to reach for even higher sightings. Sick of idle talk and jealousy the band recorded an album that is angry and propellent, mixing heavy rock-music with catchy melodies and hymnic hooklines. A musical "fuck genre-limits"-style soaked with 90s new school hardcore, modern day mosh, straight-forward song structures and an ageless, thought-out pop-appeal.

Recorded, mixed and mastered at Kohlekeller Studios and produced by Kristian "Kohle" Kohlmannslehner, "Profound Measures" comes up with one of the tightest and heaviest productions in 2009. Excellent musicianship and jaw-dropping live shows contribute to the band's excellence to convert (- I know you would love this word -) skeptics and blow away old fans with every single appearance they give.

So what's the deal with this band? Is it one of these "old scenesters just need to do a phone call to make things work"-kind of things? Definitely not. TODAY FOREVER always went the hard way of honest effort and dedication. Qualities a lot of bands claim these days but only few really know what it actually means to sacrifice most benefits and comforts of a "real life" to push forward a band.
