T.O.C (Trastorno Obsesivo Compulsivo) nace a finales de septiembre de 2004 en Buenos Aires, Capital Federal Argentina, y esta integrado por Javier Gómez -en voz y teclados -, Lucas Silvestri en batería, Guillermo Baygorria en bajo y Matías Soria a cargo de las guitarras.
Trastorno Obsesivo Compulsivo es el desorden psico-neurológico y patología de rituales y tics que sufre en silencio alrededor de un 5% de la población mundial, es el nombre que estos cuatro músicos definieron como el más apropiado para este proyecto creativo: contando con la voz líder del grupo, Javier Gómez, uno de quienes integran ese 5% que convive con el trastorno.
A principios de 2007, contando con el apoyo incalculable he imprescindible de Jorge Oscar Difonzo -productor ejecutivo de la banda- y ya con los engranajes de esta nueva maquinaria creativa aceitados, T.O.C decide internarse 9 meses para grabar su primer disco, “Tu Medicación”.
Se llevó acabo en el estudio de grabación de Martín Carrizo (productor y ex baterista de A.N.I.M.A.L, Gustavo Cerati, Temple, y el Indio Solari actualmente entre otros). Desde el comienzo del trabajo se consolidó una excelente relación musical y de amistad. Carrizo decidió unirse a la banda como baterista y productor artístico del sonido del disco.
“Tu Medicación” es un disco LP que contiene 10 temas, compuestos íntegramente por T.O.C. Refleja la búsqueda exitosa de un sonido con elementos del NU metal y el rock, donde también confluye un sonido post grunge, alternativo y algo de funk, siempre en formato canción, todo esto acompañado por una voz que va del hardcore o el nü metal, hasta el soul y el rithm and blues. Cabe destacar que hay 2 versiones cantadas del disco, una con las letras en español y otra en Ingles.
Luego de presentarse ante 60.000 personas en la Fiesta Nacional de la Manzana en su edición de 2007 en la provincia de Río Negro -junto a Catupecu Machu, Karamelo Santo, Kinky y Ratones Paranoicos entre otros-, T.O.C hizo su presentación oficial en Buenos Aires el sábado 31 de marzo de 2007 en El Teatrito (Sarmiento 777), Capital Federal.
Después de haber tocado durante el 2007 en distintos lugares de Capital Federal y gran Buenos Aires, durante el 2008 siguieron con varias giras acompañando el reconocido del grupo power rock Cabezones por el interior de la argentina, presentando “Tu Medicación” en distintas ciudades como Santa Fe, Paraná-Entre Ríos, Mar del Plata, Tandil, Buenos Aires y Córdoba.
Actualmente, T.O.C. sigue presentando su primer disco, mientras se concluye el proceso de fabricación y distribución en todas las desquerías del país.

T.O.C: ( stands for Obsessive Compulsive dissorder in spanish ) the band was formed at the end of September of 2004 in Buenos Aires, Federal Capital of Argentina, and it´s integrated by willie Baygorria in bass , matt Soria playing guitars, javy Gomez - as singer and keyboard player -, and the recently incorporated lucas gimenez in drums . At the beginning of 2007, counting with the incalculable essential support of Jorge Oscar Difonzo - friend and executive producer of the band and already with the gears of this new creative machinery ready , T.O.C decides to record its first album of 10 songs in Spanish and in English , the recording process took about 9 very intense months-,the result is “Your Medication” toc's first album . it was recorded at Martin Carrizo's recording studios MCP (sound producer and ex- drummer of the reknowned argentinian groove metal band of the 90's " A.N.I.M.A.L" , Gustavo Cerati's solo album " bocanada" drummer , and heavy metal band "temple" drummer ,also at the moment producing " indio" Solari's very popular argentinian rocker new albums among others). From the beginning of the recording work an excellent musical relation of friendship consolidated and Martin Carrizo recorded the entire toc's album drums in all the songs , and decided to join the band as drummer and artistic producer during the 2007 " Your Medication" tour." Your Medication" is a 10 songs album all in english and also all in spanish version too, all of them totally composed by t.o.c . It reflects the successful search of a sound with essentially alternative elements , new metal and a post grunge sound, blended with some hip hop sounds, always in kind of a song with melody format, all this accompained by a voice that goes from hardcore alternative or new metal, to grunge, hip hop, soul and rithm and blues. T.O.C'S first performance in Argentina was made on february 8 before 60,000 people in the National Celebration of the Apple in their 2007 rock edition in the province of rio Negro (patagonia, argentina) - together with famous argentinian bands such as "Catupecu Machu", "ratones paranoicos" "Karamelo Santo" , and mexican band "Kinky " among others, T.O.C made their official presentation in Buenos Aires Saturday 31 of March of 2007 in the " Teatrito "(sarmiento 777), Federal Capital. After playing during the 2007 in different places from Federal Capital and great Buenos Aires, 2008 followed with several tours accompanying the famous Argentinian new metal band " Cabezones" through the interior of the Argentine cities , “Your Medication” was presented in different cities like Santa Fe, Parana-entre rios , Mar del Plata, Tandil, Buenos Aires , etc . during 2009 T.O.C feels proud to play in a special frestival with many other argentinian rock bands in the recital in benefit of the people affected by the avalanche in tartagal (a city in the northern argentinian province of salta ) opening the festival the 25th of March where bands like d-mente, "las manos de filippi" , "el bordo" and the famous argentinian protest rock solist "leon gieco" performed as well . At the moment, T.O.C continues presenting their first album , producing a video clip , to be releazed during April - May of the 2009. the album ¨YOUR MEDICATION ¨ will be at all the country's record stores by june 2009 .
