This Twilight City has come a long way in the last three years. Originally under the name Anchors For Reality, the band has created an impressive rock resume. Performing over three hundred shows and releasing their first album 'Honesty' in 2006, the band has built a following.
Working with a new sound and change of direction, the band changed their name to This Twilight City in late 2008. The band spent the majority of the past year working on their new highly anticipated album 'Just Breathe'. This Twilight City has allowed users to listen to a preview of the album by releasing a four song demo free to download. Front-man Alex Lee said, “We feel it's a better way for us to connect with the fans. The reaction for the free download has been impressive and it is encouraging for us as we enter the new year.â€
This Twilight City's single 'Starlight Scarlet' has received national airplay and is featured on an AMP Energy Drink commercial that is running on over four hundred radio stations. The band has big aspirations for the upcoming year as they will be doing a nationwide tour promoting their new album 'Just Breathe,' which is being released in November.
