They Sleep They Dream is a five piece rock outfit that sings songs taking place in the realm between real and fantasy. With transient music, and euphoric lyrics, and melodies - the band aims to please the heart and soul that lives within every music lover and open new doors and windows in the thought process.

In October of 2005 the band finished recording their debut full length at Watchmen Studios with engineer/producer Doug White (Roses are Red, Every Time I Die, Gym Class Heroes). The Album Life In Every Breath holds ten tracks that collectively tell a story of a young man who gets whisked away one night while sleeping by a spirit named Ariena. The young man and Ariena form a close bond as they embark on an expedition throughout the cosmos. Although they have a completely platonic relationship, there is strong tension felt between the two. In the end, the young man re-enters his body and wakes up refreshed with a genuine outlook and love for life. Life In Every Breath was self released by the band in January of 2006 and is available now on interpunk!

Since the release of Life In Every Breath the band has been busy writing new material that will be featured on two separate EP's in early 2007 and has been touring both in The States and in Canada, pushing hard to expand it's boarders and reach new fans. While on their journey they've had the distinct pleasure of Sharing the stage with bands like Piebald, Hot Rod Circuit, The Junior Varsity, Damone, The Sleeping, Dameria, Emanuel, Showbread, Bedlight For Blue Eyes, Crash Romeo, A Change Of Pace and more.
