Well, after a few months on Purevolume, I think it's time to tell something about ourselves finally.
We're two so called "musicians" out of the middle of Germany, a province named Hessen to be exact.
After a long period of testing out our musical coordination, abilities and preferences as well as several other musicians, we decided to attack our first and ambitious endeavor, a concept record called
"The Eight Parted Writing : Protocol & Paragraph", with only the both of us as guitarists/vocalists and some various artist for drums etc.

What you're able to listen to on Purevolume is just a Pre-Version of the record we're after, but we just wanted to find out how the songs work and act on a hi-fi system, so we just got them down on mac, unfortunately without drums and everything else which makes them really interesting.

Talking about the concept album:
The Eight Parted Writing sets some selected parts of a more comprehensive story to music, which can be reviewed at http://www.penandink.styleblogs.de (only in german yet, I apologize for that).

Please notice: The songs now up on purevolume are some older stuff, though they're part of the story and might be part of the album, but the real important parts still remain to be done.
We're on it, I promise, and they will be a little bit more progressive Post-Rock if we can make it.
You can count that as a promise, too. ;)

One of the next songs will be "A New Era", which is separated in three different part, each one for another character's point of view, explaining why they act in a certain way when their worlds fall to pieces.

The three parts will be:
Benu,
Hypnagogia,
The World Shall Become Silent.

To avoid a misestimation: It will still be a correlative song, though there will be more than one refrain, i think :)
