The pocket star is the long-term project of Calli Arriaga, fifteen, who writes and performs her songs, playing all the instruments (all under five feet). The first official ep. is actively in the works on a short budget and using DIY ethic.

The songs are direct and sincere, and the chords are open, playing out like letters and journal entries (as most of them are).

Don't settle for a sample and a cover, come out and see a show when you're in Dallas, and pop up and give Calli a hug afterwards.
