The National Shutup are 4 dudes that plays melodic pop-punk. The music in itself, and as well the concerts, is a furious struggle against selfimpression and the "good taste".
Instead they deliver the basics, that catches the listeners thoughts and feelings.
They try to break the border between the audience and the stage. And when you turn up the amps, and the energywave blasts out over the stage, the concerts becomes a much better experience.
Its the love for the music, that is the driving force, and even though the music can apear simple, it is songs with lots of layers and attention to detail.
