The Maple Street Project has evolved into a creative acoustic rock band performing original compositions at local coffee houses and other venues. We have performed at the House of Blues, Kirkland Cafe, The Middle East (Upstairs), Club Passim, MelDiva Cafe, house parties and fund raising events. And... we were featured in the Boston Globe West on Sunday, February 5, 2006, and on Anne William's "Nightscapes" program the week of August 6th (www.Nightscapes.com).

NEW CD FINALLY AVAILABLE!

We have just released the long awaited new project: "Kick Back on Maple Street". Check out three previews we have posted - "Spin Doctor" (featuring Rob Sutherland on drums), "Last Survivor" and "Murphy". The CD is available via CDBaby at CDBaby.com, on I-tunes, and on e-Music.com. All thirteen tracks are penned by the band - we're excited that our "song children" are now out of the house and on their own!

Our first CD "Attitude on the Street" was released in 2003. This homegrown CD - available via CD Baby, iTunes, and other on-line music services - is also a collection of original songs. Yah - we do some cover songs live but we don't record 'em!

Some people have suggested that the band's sound is reminiscent of the Grateful Dead and at times, Crosby, Stills and Nash. Tight, robust harmonies are considered by many as the MSP hallmark.

The best way to contact the band is to call Bob Littman at 617-921-1017 or email mspcontact@yahoo.com or maplestreet@maplestreetproject.com. The web address is www.maplestreetproject.com.

Remember: 8 out of 10 Owners who Expressed a Preference said Their Cats Preferred The Maple Street Project.
