Hello my friends and welcome to the family. The Mafia was created in 2003 as a side project of several members of other New Jersey bands. However, as other bands came and went, the Mafia stuck together and began to define a style all their own. While influences for the band range from Catch-22 to Radiohead and everything in between, their unique blend of catchy hornlines, melodic vocals and lyrics of growing up and growing out of Suburban New Jersey come together to create a brand new sound. The band has quickly developed a reputation as being one of the hardest working bands on the scene and is always developing new music and tweaking everything else. A familiar story, but with something you've never heard before...
