Loyd Vandergriff got the nickname "The Human" in his younger days. He always had good music with him and if needed he got it out and the party was on. Many a party was fueled by Human's Teac 3300 reel to reel. He played in some killer bands in high school, but took a 30 year leave of absence to teach high school for 19 years and take over his dad's cotton ginning business later. In 2006 he got a stratocaster, began writing and recorded "The Real Stuff" in June of 2006. This contained 9 original songs Loyd wrote. Many of them have charted high on various internet sites and the CD has exceeded his expectations. He has just released his new CD, Human Project II, Humanized. 10 more rockin original tunes.
