There's so much going on at South By Southwest at any given moment that sometimes it's easy to miss the little things. We made it a point to keep our eyes peeled for one of the most consistently entertaining (and sometimes cringe-worthy) party of the week--outrageous tattoos. Many are beautiful, some funny, some topical and we tried to get a range, from the classic 'Mom' to the more abstract (scissors?).
