Cincinnati, Ohio's Greenhornes are the realest of the real, the best band you've never heard. But not for long. Championed by rock and roll luminaries, and showered with glowing reviews by publications all over the world, the Greenhornes have been tapping into the true soul of rock and roll since coming together in 1996. Today, they bring a breath of fresh air and much needed authenticity to the world of rock.

Deeply rooted in the music of their rock and roll forefathers, listening to the Greenhornes recordings is almost like sitting in on a sance as the band channels the spirits of all of the rock greats -- The Kinks, The Byrds, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, etc.-- but the boys don't stop there. They grab the icons whom have shaped their understanding of what real rock and roll should be, and they put their own flavor on it, to make something distinctly personal, new and refreshingly honest.

The Greenhornes have previously released three LPs, countless singles and toured the globe over with their explosive and intimate live performances. Trimmed to a lean three piece, the band recently released a digital EP titled East Grand Blues culled from recent sessions manned by Brendan Benson. How many other bands have members with resumes that include time spent playing and recording with Loretta Lynn (Patrick and Jack provided the rhythm section to Loretta's critically acclaimed and 2004 Grammy Award winning 'Van Lear Rose'), Jack White (The White Stripes), Karen O (The Yeah Yeah Yeahs), Kim Deal (The Pixies/The Breeders) and on and on.
