The Frequent Sea

.. why the hell would a band from landlocked Denver, Colorado name themselves The Frequent Sea? Denver is nowhere near the Sea, much less frequently. Still, that is their name, and having already gone through one name before - 'Veto', it's the one they are sticking with.

Other than being an oddly named band, The Frequent Sea is a band you should check out if you like rock music that speaks in plain English and won't insult your intelligence.

Started as a one show project that was too much fun to walk away from, the members eventually decided that the group that came together to play a company party would, should, and could become a real band.

Almost as soon as that decision was made, and under their old moniker, the band were thrust into the local limelight supporting Denver heroes The Fray at Channel 93.3's Keggs n' Eggs on St. Patty's day of 06. With no time to think they took the stage after only weeks of being a band, and in do-or-die fashion.. they did.

Now, with time to breathe, write songs, and bond as a tightly formed unit, The Frequent Sea are ready to bring their unique style of rock to the stages and people of Denver...and beyond.
