Hey everyone!
It is with an incredible amount of excitement that we finally bring you the following announcement. We have been waiting a very long time to tell you this, so here goes:

We will be releasing our new full length album, Sever Your Roots, on January 23rd, 2010. Please take the time to re-read that sentence if necessary; we understand it's been a while. To celebrate the occasion, we are headlining a party of epic proportions at The Metro in Chicago, IL on that very evening. Joining us on stage will be our friends in Suns (Chicago) and the fantastic band Robbers (Long Island). We will be offering first-come, first-served, special edition packaged copies (as well as digital copies) of the new album; you can also expect freebies and giveaways throughout the evening.

We sincerely want ALL of you there. No excuses. We've all waited too long to not celebrate this together. Honestly, as clichÃ© as this sounds, we wouldn't still be a band if it wasn't for each of you and the patience and support you've shown us.

We will have much more info on all of this very soon. There's a lot going on in Culpa land, so please stay tuned; for now, mark your calendars and plan on coming out on January 23rd.
