In a city where the wind blows new music at you from every direction The Elation brings a new edge to the independent music scene giving you infectious, energetic music which is guaranteed to get stuck in your head. Originating in 2005 the band has managed to sell 1000+ copies of their first recorded effort "The Elation EP"(2006). In June of 2007 they released their sophomore record "Purpose and Meaning" and sold over 500 copies within the first three months of release. Between various injuries on stage and the tightness of their music The Elation is sure to leave you start-struck after every performance.
