Planned and started in 2004, The Dormants is the final stage of an explosion of ideas and concepts from several musical projects from its members.
The proposition was to create a new sound based on the more organic and less virtuous rock and roll music, having as its major influences the British Rock, Mod, Pre punk, Indie and the recent alternative scene.

In 2006 were trying to have fun and amuse the audience with a good-old rock and roll.

Formada e iniciada em 2004, a Dormants eh na verdade o estagio final de uma explosao de ideias e conceitos originarios de antigos projetos dos integrantes.
A proposta musical seria criar um som proprio dentro da vertente mais crua e menos virtuosa do rock, tendo influencias musicais e culturais diversas no Rock ingls, Mod, Pr-punk, Indie e na cena alternativa atual.

A Dormants entra em 2006 divulgando suas musicas e com a ideia principal de se divertir e divertir o publico com um bom e velho rock and roll sem grandes firulas mas com muita atitude.
