The Composure is Paul Menotiades and Jesse Hall, two singer/songwriters from Pittsburgh, PA. We have both been in bands since you were in short pants and have had a great time doing it. The songs that we write are the songs that we want to hear. There is no compromising or accepting a part that doesn't fit or a line that is just in there to rhyme. We both love so many different types of music and different types of bands, to name one or two or even 15 influences would be futile and not do so many amazing artists justice.
Listen to everything, for yourself, and pay attention to what exactly you love about a song. Words make you think a thought. Music makes you feel a feeling. A song makes you feel a thought, music is what feelings sound like.
Please feel free to contact us no matter how many bands you've emailed and not received replies, we want to know who is listening to our music and what they think about everything and anything! Any band that says "We do this for you" is full of themselves or don't have the confidence to say it's for themselves. We do this for us but we do absolutely care about you and your opinion.

I\'m really happy you released these 4 songs on myspace for a day or two. I have them on my iPod now and listen to them on repeat.
