SHORT INFO:
Long friendship and the same affection for shredding music is shaping the five member band from Stuttgart. With influence from all sorts of modern metal, the band is about to make its own way through the corpse of the metal scene to achive their own place on the metal sky!
HISTORY:
The band started playing in early 2006 as a trio at the just finished practice space at Janicks house in Stuttgart. Chris, Lukas and Janick knew each other for a very long time and the idea of starting a band grew out of their affection for shredding music. Lukas and Chris started playing the guitar at the same time the band was created. Among learning the guitar, both of them were really into song writing and so it didnt last long until the first songs were finished. Sometimes their riffs had been already so complex that they had to improve their skills really hard to follow the songs. Janick had already been playing drums for about 4 years when the band was created.
They had a lot of shredding sessions together and Chris and Lukas were proceeding very well with their guitar skills. The Chaos Within was born! After six months the band had already a large list of songs and the trio decided to admit another member. At the beginning of 2007 Chris' brother Marco, who was playing the bass, joined the band.
As every other Band, The Chaos Within wanted to record their songs to get more fans, to promote their self and to get as many live shows as possible. Finally in 2007 they got the possibility to record thirteen of their songs all by their selfs. In a period of two weeks a instrumental record, called Malice of Society, was produced. After the record was finished, The Chaos Within started to expand their appaerance by creating profils on PureVolume and MySpace and also by creating an own website, shooting promotion photos and designing band grafics and logos.
A metalband is nothing without a screamer! And that is why the band was always looking for the fifth missing member in the band. Finally in december 2007 a solution was found, Christoph joined the band. Christoph was the former singer of the deathmetal band Manus Mortis . He brought his huge experience into the band and now they were ready to shredd on stage.

Jedoch ist die Bio nicht ganz i.O."Christoph was the former singer of the deathmetal band Manus Mortis" der Sänger von Manus Mortis war Raknarak, Christoph war lediglich für die Backvocals verantwortlich und trat nach Raknaraks ausscheiden dessen Erbe an, aber das auch nur für 2 o. 3 Monate da sich die Band dann aufgelöst hatte, mit Christoph als Sänger gabs nur ein Konzert was so an sich gar nicht schlecht war, aber leider ist es eben so das Manus Mortis nicht Manus Mortis ohne Raknarak sind. Laut diversem Gemunkel im Untergrund scheint Manus Mortis ne Re-Union zu planen bei der anscheinend auch Frontman Raknarak wieder dabei sein soll, genauers weiß ich allerdings nicht da sich die Members bedeckt halten. Fazit: Chritoph war Backgroundsänger und Bassist bei Manus Mortis, former singer kann man ihn wahrlich nicht nennen, dennoch macht er seinen er seinen Job bei "Run" sehr gut, frage mich nur wieso es nur einen Track mit Vocals gibt?
