Rewind back to the summer of 2004 when the trio of Jamie Star, Zack Action and Will The Thrill fended for themselves in East Vancouver. Fate stepped in and producer Jonathan Fluevog united the three with Vancouverite Josh Posh, a talented guitar player. After months of shows, the band was in financial ruin. Recording costs proved expensive to keep up with supporting the band's musical passion. A job offer was placed on the table to drummer Zack Action from a media outlet back in Edmonton, so he proceeded on home. With no choice, the band admitted defeat, leaving their guitar prodigy behind. Not all was lost however! Longtime friend and bass sensation Mitch Magic stepped in months later. With determination to succeed in the music industry, the band saved and saved only to sporadically return to Vancouver over the next year and a half and deliver what would be the first real Casanova Playboys experience. Finally, after months in the studio, the record was finally accomplished. They toured on playing with some great acts but got as far as their CD release before they broke up. With many obstacles a band faces in their midst, the Casanova Playboys shall overcome! Produced by Jonathan Fluevog, and mastered at Sterling Sound, NYC by Ted Jensen, look for The Casanova Playboys brand new 14-song "Low Noise" LP in stores soon!
