"The Bleeding Vaginas" is the brain child of Crazy Uncle Jim. What started out as a joke became even more. He had been going around telling people he was going to form a band with that name, simply because he thought it was funny. After a recording session which turned out "Your Momma's A Ho", he decided to release it under that name, because he didn't want anyone else to know who was on the recording. The song did poorly, and nothing more was really thought of from it. It wasn't until June 2003 when the ideas and possibilities of the band took off. One night, Jim and "Captain Pecker" recorded "You Were An Accident", and it's sequal, "You WEREN'T An Accident". "It was just really all in good fun. I would think of an idea for a stupid song, and I'd just call up a friend and ask if they wanted to be on a stupid recording. I put it under this name because I didn't want my serious music to be confused with my non-serious music." "You Were An Accident" quickly spread around, mostly from being downloaded on the internet. "We were constantly being asked 'when is the album coming out?' We really had no intentions of putting out a full length album. It was just something to do out of fun. But it just got to the point where we said we HAD to do an album." From there on, it was official, an album was going to be made. Jim got together with friends and cut the album "Something To Offend Everyone", which was released April 17, 2004. The single "The Most Racist Song EVER" was a massive success on the internet.

Somewhere down the line, The Bleeding Vaginas turned from a side project into an actual band. The main members were "Crazy Uncle Jim" and "Captain Pecker". In January 2004, "Captain Blackwhore" would join the lineup. They were a three piece band until January 2005, when "Captain Pecker" left the group to pursue other things in Nashville. Currently, the group is a two piece band and are working on a second album entitled "Smoke Weed with The Bleeding Vaginas".
