Formed in the early summer of 2004 through the ashes of Hell or High Water (H.O.H.W), The BattleCat have been an underdog driving force spreading their wholehearted D.I.Y lifestyle to every willing man, woman and child across North America. Drawing influence and being compared closely to such artist as: Thrice, Bane, Black Label Society, Hatebreed, Strike Anywhere, Killswitch Engage and Comeback Kid. It is among no surprise that The BattleCat have been raising the bar bringing fourth a unique, and vastly eclectic vision of the song writing process as well as remaining 100% self produced/engineered. Thus confirming the facts that through hardwork and dedication, The BattleCat can not only stand the test of time in a cluttered world of war torn sinking ships, but also poses the keys necessary to diversify even the most cynic of modern day critics.

Delivering a highly energetic and dynamic live show, The BattleCat Have been turning heads, always leaving audiences speechles and clawing for more. With the release of their "Never Forget" 3 song EP/ 4 song EP Deluxe Edition, Two Canadian tours under their belt, Countless endeavors Into the U.S.A for adoring fans/friends, two hand-fulls of bad luck and the plan for a full North American tour in the works. There is no sign or chance in hell that The BattleCat have any intention of slowing down the pace anytime soon.

Canada's Finest Free agents have geared up and set their sights on writing/ recording 13 new songs for their next upcoming release. Pre Production and engineering by the bands home-field gear heads Jesse Bartkiewicz and Kayle Innes has begun and it will only be a matter of time before they are set to deliver the next installment of The BattleCat's ear punching and eye opening masterwork.
