Cecilia is an energetic pop-rock quartet from Edmonton that may be new to the music scene, but is already spreading their name and building a fan base throughout Canada with a combination of their vigorous performance and engaging sound. Not even a year old yet they have successfully released their first EP "Dress To The Nines" and are already starting on a new, longer album that will be out sometime around the beginning of 2009. With a set mind and direction, they know exactly what they want and will give all they have to reach it, and there is no sign of Cecilia slowing down anytime soon.
The band is made up of Evan Pederson (drums), David Carvalho (guitar), Devan Wilfong (bass), and Carson Wronko (vocals). Last spring the band hit the road on a week long tour without an album and no idea what to expect. This summer they plan on hitting up Western Canada with their recent released EP to build their fan base even more.
Their hearty attitudes towards their fans and music, makes their sound and charisma undeniable. Ready to progress further into the spot light and make headlines, Cecilia constantly brings their raw energy to the stage and to their fans. Still in highschool, this young band have a long and adventurous future ahead of them.
