The rumors are true. The Background sort of all split up due to personal reasons. BUT The Background is not done!!! Chase and I (Shaun) will be tracking 3-5 songs in late jan.-mid feb. to show all of you and to shop for a record deal hehe. I can't really say much else about it except, expect mature-er music. Part of the music has been piled away in a notebook for a couple of years and part of it is brand new stuff! All of it is music that I felt either A) didnt fit the style that The Background was headed to. or B) is too provocative. haha

Now the sad part..
we wont be playing any shows or doing any tours until Chase and I build a solid band. Hopefully we'll be on stage by this summer.

I'll be putting my heart and soul into this idea and hope that you all will enjoy!
