Deep within the frozen hinterlands of northern Finland, there once lived a small boy known only as Tempemonon. Orphaned at an early age when an avalanche wiped out both of his parents along with the families entire raindeer herd, he was sent to live with his only surviving relative, an ageing eccentric aunt with a wooden leg and a strange penchant for Badfinger and the Rolling Stones.

Fearing she could not provide adequately for the boy, she smuggled him on board an American ship as a stowaway, thinking hed fare much better in this wonderful land of opportunity than in his native Finland. Though the ship was indeed American, it was actually headed for the island nation of Japan. He lived on stale bread, Pez, and Chocolate Yahoo Soda until the ship reached Japan, where he was discovered hiding under decks amidst the cargo.

Hearing of his plight, the Monks from the local temple took pity on the boy and agreed to raise him as their own. Under the Monks supervision,Tempemonon learned many valuable skills, such as musicianship and the preparation of vast quantities of white rice.
Having grown into manhood, and very tired of white rice, he bid the Monks farewell and secured passage on board a cruise ship working as a musician and comedian. Though he was quite a musician, he spoke english with a heavy Japanese accent, so few people understood his comedy.

One day his ship pulled into the Hawaiian islands, where he disembarked and proceeded to get stinking drunk, so drunk in fact, that he lost all track of time and his ship sailed off without him. Having lost all money and possessions, he was forced to work in the Pineapple fields for some time. There he met the aquaintance of a lovely young tourist named Lola, who fell madly in love with Tempemonon and asked him to accompany her to the mainland to try and convince her wealthy parents to let them marry. Unfortunately, her parents were not nearly as fond of the six foot, two inch, long haired Finish boy with the Japanese accent as Lola, and Tempemonon was sent quickly on his way.

While hitchhiking out of town, he was picked up by an old Cowboy named George, who had a very ill tempered dog named Baron, who bit everyone - including Tempemonon. No doubt feeling bad about the incident, George offered Tempemonon a job cleaning up horse poop on a Dude ranch just outside Sedona Arizona.

Tempemonon was happy for some time, taking care of the horses and teaching the patrons at the Dude ranch to ride. He had all but completely rid himself of his accent and took to writing songs and poetry in his off hours up in a cozy loft above the horses where he slept. But tragically, the ranch burned to the ground one night after a mysterious group of Canadian teens somehow started a fire in the ranch arcade.
Finding himself unemployed once again, Tempemonon gathered up all of his remaining possessions and headed out into the wild lands around Sedona. No one knows exactly where, but this is where he is to this day. A skilled survivalist, he makes his living mostly off the land, slipping back into town like a Phantom every so often in order to reconnect with old friends and to share his latest songs and poetry, written to the thunder of an old six string underneath the blanket of stars that covers northern Arizona at night. Then, as suddenly as he appears, he melts back into the landscape from whence he came.

With the aid of modern technology (namely, a laptop computer and a solar generator) he is able to record, mix and create entire albums completely on his own in the middle of a vast wilderness. Until recently, his pure clean tenor and creative, eclectic mix of genres was known only to the wildlife and locals around Sedona. His diverse musical palette ranges from Rock to Pop to Hiphop or occasionally even Hiphop Pop Rock.

I wouldn't want to create only one kind of music, any more than I would want the same thing for dinner for the rest of my life. I write songs to try to bring a little joy into the world around me - and in the end, what could be better than that?
