What is worth living for? asks Sweet Memorial guitarist Michael Cleveland. Money? Fame? A house? A girlfriend? A parent? Many of us, including myself, often find when these are the purposes we are living for, we arent really living at all. We are existing.

This is where the Tulsa, piano-rock bands songs all begin and end. Calling you out, right where you are, to find your true purpose and live for it, explains front man Chris Cleveland. I write a lot out of the frustration I feel from the apathy I see in the world.

With songs like, Apathy and Call, pointing directly towards attitudes and actions prevalent in todays society, the group pulls no punches getting straight to the point. Existing for something that cant give you true life and meaning, is like dying a slow painful death over and over again till you are finally gone. We are here to point to something more...a true purpose for living.

Since the groups inception in April of 2005, they have barely taken time to come up for air. They have played an average of 3-4 shows a week for over a year and toured every state in and around their region. In March of 2006 they signed with BRIDGE STREET ARTIST AGENCY of Nashville, TN and beginning June 24th, will be touring full-time, nationwide.

We wont quit till everyone has heard what we have to say, explains Michael. Everyone around us is sinking into a vacuous existence of indifference and disregardwe are here to tell them there is more. There is a hope, a purpose and an authentic life.
