Formed in the fall of 2004, the band has already seen their music evolve in a direction few bands as young would have embraced. Originally formed as a three-piece writing upbeat pop tunes, it soon solidified as a four-piece with its sights on heavier things. The band which consists of vocalist/guitarist Seth Hoveland, guitarist Wes Fuhrman, bassist Dave Moore and drummer Chresten Hyde, quickly outgrew their "my girlfriend broke up with me" pop roots and embraced a form of writing with a deliberate blend of abrasive rock and sweet melodies that address both personal and societal politics.

The introduction of their new sound into the Des Moines area rock community quickly saw them ascend from the basements of house parties and battle of the bands and onto bills with prominent rock acts such as The Used, My Chemical Romance, Senses Fail, Underoath, The Forecast, and Killswitch Engage. In addition to its on-stage achievements the band has also reached listeners through repeat radio play on 105.1 Channel Q, Ames' leading rock station.

The of mixture their intense live show and engaging songs were enough to gather them a rabid local following and enough hype to entice new listeners across the Midwest and help them sell out of their self-released EP, Personal Attack.

For their upcoming sophomore release the band's now solid lineup has allowed it to craft a collaborative record that is a reflection of where the band is and holds great promise for where it is going.
