Sweat Her, the Red Deer based band, led by lead vocalist Eli Budwill, is one of the very few pop punk influenced rock bands that have been the first to establish such a sound in the Red Deer scene.

At first, the creative writing road was hesitant due to the difficulty in finding the sound they wanted people to remember this band by, but with time, it came.

Lively songs like Dont Stop and By City Lights soon came traveling out of the instruments of Hugo Noriega (guitar/bgd vocals), Kyle Whitehead (bass guitar/bgd vocals) and Ryan Tebb (drums). Comments of a fresh new sound, a catchy sounding demo and entertaining live shows soon followed.

Influenced by the likes of Billy Talent, Taking Back Sunday, Blink 182, Rise Against, My Chemical Romance, The Used and Fall Out Boy, the band has taken these inspirations and made music that defines them.

The band maybe young and criticized to have little experience, but is ready to take on the music scene seriously and develop together as musicians. The band has already recorded a successful demo, played multiple shows and has an ever growing fan base.
