Five More Minutes is an intricate compilation of life, the recognition of current day social failings and the will to change the world for the better. Although that may seem idealistic, and extremely ambitious, the members of Sweater Club walk the walk as well as singing the song. This album was written with the belief that we are all real people, with real hopes, fears, dreams and ambitions, despite the times we stray from those truest parts of ourselves. In this way, they are able to communicate on a deeper level to their listeners. In contrast to the serious nature of their song contents, their sound is up-beat and full of energy.
