Swanson & Winston is a band that doesn't like to be put into a general category as far as music goes.
Considered Alternative rock as the closest genre to describe themselves, S & W writes alot of music that appeals to many young people. Although the music is a bit different, Swanson & Winston's influences are bands like Pink Floyd, Incubus, Radiohead, Dispatch, Coldplay, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, MMW, Muse, Taking Back Sunday, Finger Eleven, and many other bands.
